Most Pet Tracker features — location tracking, community ring, safe zones and more — only work with an active subscription plan. Fidelidade offers 1 year of subscription to the Fidelidade Pet Tracker App, for Fidelidade Pets customers.
After a year, the price of the monthly subscription is 2,95€.

If Fidelidade Pet Tracker’s battery is completely depleted it can take a bit longer to reach an initial charge level. Keep Fidelidade Pet Tracker plugged in for a few minutes until you see the steady amber light. If you still experience problems, please Get in touch

- Flashing amber – our battery’s charge level is low
- Green light after single press of the power button – Fidelidade on and connected to the network

- While your Fidelidade is charging:
- Steady amber light while on charge – Fidelidade is charging and has not reached 100%
- Steady green light while on charge – Fidelidade has reached 100%
- All lights on sequentially – Firmware update is in progress

Real time tracking means your device will receive location updates from your tracker every 3-5 seconds. Please note real time tracking only works for a maximum of 15 minutes and will result in your battery life reducing faster.

Fidelidade’s battery lasts for up to 7 days depending on usage and the Fidelidade Pet Tracker mode it’s set to.
Performance Mode: battery lasts up to 3 days
Everyday Mode: battery lasts up to 5 days
Power Save Mode: battery lasts up to 7 days
You can see the battery status for your Fidelidade in the Fidelidade App.

Fidelidade Pet Tracker has 4 different modes to choose from, which can improve the speed of location updates and save battery life.

Places are the virtual boundaries you create around a location of your choice. If Fidelidade Pet Tracker device enters or leaves this area, you will get a notification. You set up your Places in the Fidelidade Pet Tracker App.
Please be aware Places alerts are not always instant and location information relies on the frequency of your chosen Fidelidade Pet Tracker mode, as well as GPS signal and Fidelidade Pet Tracker network coverage to provide updates.

You can make a beeping sound by tapping on your tracker’s photo on the map in the app, then selecting the ‘Beep to find’ bell icon. Please be aware, the beep to find feature only works when the tracker is within Bluetooth range.

Using any cellular device on a plane can cause interference, so you should switch Fidelidade Pet Tracker off during flights. There is no flight mode.

To activate Fidelidade Pet Tracker, press the power button for 3 seconds. Download Fidelidade Pet Tracker App and follow instructions in the app. For existing customers, we’ll link it to your other Fidelidade products. If you’re new to Fidelidade, follow prompts to set up your account.
